About The Food District

The Food District is a managed commercial kitchen district built for food brands, chefs, caterers, bakers, meal-prep operators, and restaurants. Our Yaba flagship brings 24 kitchen suites together on a 15,070 square foot site in Lagos.

We manage the infrastructure and operating environment around food production: utilities, extraction, storage, safety systems, security, cleaning, maintenance, waste, dispatch, access control, metering, and smart locker collection. Tenants stay focused on their recipes, teams, quality, brand, and customers.
